Basking!

What a scorcher of a day - it was so hot in the office today as we don't have air con, just a fan on my desk.  It was still 34 degrees when I was driving home and the beach was very busy with lots of people in the sea. I suggested to Alan that we go down to the beach, but we decided not to as it would have meant sitting in the sun and we were just too hot.

Anyway, he put up the parasol on the decking and I cooked dinner on the outside grill.  There were lots of butterflies flying around, and two in particular seemed to keep chasing each other.  They were hard to capture as they didn't stay still for long, but this one seemed to be enjoying the sunshine on it's wings.

I'm behind on Blip as I've been enjoying the nice weather and I can't pick up the wifi in the garden.  Also I've started editing my holiday photos (all 1000 of them!), so apologies for the lack of comments!
