Hot and Cold

So, it is 35 degrees C outside and you fancy some chilled white wine.  But you have none in the fridge, so you pop a bottle in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill quickly.  Next day, today (39 degrees C), having chosen to drink rosé yesterday instead of the aforementioned white (are you still with me?), you go to the freezer and discover the bottle that you placed in there for 10 minutes and left for 24 hours.  The water has turned to ice and the alcohol has remained liquid, hopefully it will defrost unharmed.  Extra pic today is the full moon rising over the field behind our house.
