Lyne Water valley again

It was too lovely to go straight home after work, so I took off again down to the Borders as I did almost two weeks ago, and this is a different view of the same valley. And tomorrow it's meant to pour with rain - unbelievable!

Today at work we celebrated the 65th birthday of A, one of our volunteers, with cake, strawberries and raspberries (from the garden) and cream. A lovely way to spend part of the afternoon - outdoors was definitely the best place to be - it gets so hot in the buildings in the sunshine.

Also, the buzzard chicks have fledged - we will hear their calls for weeks to come.
