Birthday lunch

Me and A went into school for p's special birthday lunch today. We sat at the decorated birthday table and we all had the same to eat. I was a bit dubious about the food at first but it was actually rather yummy. P was really proud to show me where to get the food and where to put our empty plates. We also got invited into P's gardening club. It was much too hot outside so we were inside making potato salad with potatoes harvested fresh from the garden.

This afternoon we went to a friends house for the kiddies to cool off in the paddling pool. It was an amazing set up with bouncy castle, slide and pool combo. A slept for most of the time we were there but P loved it and was whizzing down the slide into the water!
