Too darn hot

Only 2 things growing in the garden at the moment. Ivy and lilies. Most things are wilting, myself included.
Managed 3.29 miles around Betws y Coed today which more or less finished me off. Have discovered how to make iced cappuccino so that is how I will be spending this hot, hot evening!
