Busy Bee

It has been a very hot, tiring but wonderful day at the Lavender Farm near Hitchin.  The Lavender is in full bloom and there are plenty of people to marvel at the sight and pick the blooms.  I met a blip friend - JuneFox - there and we spent the day in our own little 'bubbles' seeing where we could get some decent shots.  At one point I used the macro lens and, despite the fact that the lavender was blowing in the breeze and bees are not renowned for staying still, I managed to get this one in pretty good focus.

I have lots of others which will be processed and accepted or rejected in due course.  Now I must dash out again for number four of our summer Camera Club meets.  Not sure I have much energy for any more photography!
