Go Wiggo!

An unexpected day at home after I twisted my ankle on the way to work and so came home again to do the whole RICE thing. Happily, there was lots on telly Olympics-wise to keep me entertained, notably the men's cycling time trial, won by the brilliant Bradley Wiggins who becomes the first man to ever win the Tour de France and Olympic gold in the same year, and the most decorated UK Olympian ever. And he seems like a genuinely lovely fella too.

In other news, my sister, mother to these two sweethearts, has joined blip! Give her a big blip welcome...
