Racked my brain for an 800th blip. Here's the explanation: I went to the 800th page in my Bible. The book is Proverbs, part of chapters 28 and 29. After reading the verses on that page, I decided on chapter 29, verse 9.

If a wise man has an argument with a fool, the fool only rages and laughs, and there is no quiet (Trans. - And there is no quiet, or, "no satisfaction.")

Wonder if that's what Mick Jagger meant in the song?
