Greenfly and All

It has been a cold, sunless day and I don't think it reached any higher than 11c. It was to have been 14c.

I am feeling much better than yesterday. My shoulder is still sore but I do have a lot more movement without too much pain. I woke this morning up with a sore throat but seem to gone again for now. The gaggle of salt may have helped.

My poor Hellebore was covered in greenfly I found when I went to get this shot. I would have thought the frost would have killed them off but now.
