Dusk
Real Estate photography is a little different to the normal run of the mill photography. The main thing to watch out for are angles. If you get it wrong the room, or house, will appear to be falling in on itself, or falling away from you.
Then there is lighting. Lighting is just as important to the Real Estate photo, as it is for any other photo.
For Real Estate photos you are looking for the 'Money' Shot. You are taking photos to encourage people to come to the open home. The photos need to sell the property. Often there are too many photo of a property. This will allow people to find fault and then they will not visit. While not having enough will also lead them to asking 'what are you hiding?'
Also Real Estate Photographers have to be diplomates. Not every home is stunning. You have to find the great features and hide the ugly. You cannot edit out the bad, however careful placement of the camera can help a lot.
