Two exhibits worth seeing : Tattooing through the Ages, and the glass works of American artist Dale Chihuly.
Tattoos on synthetic skin, prison tattoo needle, and very fragile things. 
One thing I like about the ROM is that you are encouraged to take non-flash photos of all exhibits.
