Dad, can we keep him?

We have a holiday pet: Roachy the cockroach. 
He was an instant hit with the kids. 
I know already that there will be tears when we have to leave the apartment. 
They have grown very attached to Roachy. 
It will be hard for them.

I guess that in a way it will be a good preparation for future holiday romances when they are in their teens. 

With other teenagers, not cockroaches.
