Elios (Skopelos)

Late this morning we collected our hire car for three days, and set off to have a look around the island of Skopelos. The wind was quite blustery so it was good to be able to do something other than go to the beach where people were chasing parasols and sand was being blown about.

Our first stop was in the lovely village of Elios where we had a walk around the harbour. The photo is of a colourful boat on the quayside with a view of the beach and island behind.

We stopped for refreshments in Glossa, near the top of the island. The wind was smashing the waves into the harbour wall. The extra is of Mrs BB walking the wall.
