Ouch

My in-laws have a house with big windows which is not good for the birds.
I don't know how many times over the last few days I've heard birds fly bam into the windows. Today this poor great tit must have got a terrible headache when he did it and he couldn't fly for ages. We even got to stroke him.
Dreading saying goodbye to the in - laws tomorrow.
