Training Plan

Working from home today and decided to do my 'big' run. The training plan I'm doing increases by circa 2 miles per week with a few smaller runs in between.

Last weeks run was 10km and today I managed 14km with little effect on the back problem.

MrsT returned from work and we had dinner, booked our 2017 summer holiday then I headed out for a gym session followed by Body Balance class.

Did I say we booked our 2017 Summer holiday.....yeah!!!!

The house is quiet with L away at the caravan.
