A hot one!

Even the dogs were swimming today. This one made me laugh. It was flying along at great speed. They said the seawater temperature today was 17 degrees!!
I swam today about a 30 minute swim maybe a bit longer, it was lovely, but I feel very tired now, probably just the heat ;0)
