Cats with Frozen Noses

This is an appeal on behalf of the cats with frozen noses.........please can we have some decent weather?

Tosh should not have to cover his wee nose to stay warm in July, this is not fair.........well actually it's the Glasgow Fair but let's not confuse matters. 

The weather folk have promised a big improvement in our weather from today, a mini heat wave they say! Let's face it wouldn't be hard given we hit the heady heights of 13 deg C yesterday.

On behalf of all cats with frozen noses, hurry up!
