Little Bit By Little Bit

Got a good amount weeded tonight (pile to the left of the photo).  Too hot during the day to do anything so decided to go to the allotment in the evening.  Beautiful light reflected off the grass.  I've now reached the strawberry bed and have discovered that there is a row of raspberries covering the hole of the back of the plot.  It's gone wild so I will have to tame it... when I get there.  The ground is rock hard so no digging but I used a pair of scissors to chop the grasses.  Next few days are going to be hot hot hot.  I've included some images of the strawberry bed and raspberries.  Once I get to the compost, I will spread that at the roots after pruning. Awaiting the rain to soften the ground and get some digging done.  Am I a little odd?  Loving it!
