My Pod

Really liked my little pod I slept in last night. Everyone who was staying the night got one each. This event was so well organised. We even had hot showers. It was funny watching everyone walk this morning. So many people suffering. But everyone doing this for charity. What big hearts people have and what they give is incredible. Some carried on and tried for another 50k. We knew we couldn't do it. A few more miles in us perhaps but not another 30. Happy to be going home. Have to say the scenery has been breathtaking. Would like to come back and do it at a more leisurely pace. Would also like to do the second 50k. Maybe I'll do that next year.
