Afternoon all,

Quiet day......dentist this morning wasn't too bad...as visits to dentist go....5 mins appointment tomorrow and should be all done. Good thing is that Handsome Boy has an appointment to so he can hold my I'll hold his hand !!! ;0)

Watched the women winning gold this morning.....amazing performance...just waiting on the mens cyclist coming on....C'mon Mr Sideburns...!!!!! Another Gold??? Here's hoping ;0)
