Homeward Bound

With several long patches of bumper to bumper, stop-and-go traffic, our drive home from Ashland took well over ten hours. There is a familiar curve in the freeway as it approaches Seattle and today as we came 'round the bend, the city skyline, spotlighted by the setting sun bid us a warm welcome home. (and then, there were still two hours more driving after this point!)
