Heavy rain showers, alternating with continuous rain interspersed with downours but the watering team have to do their job, it's in the contract according to this lovely lady. Even the fish and chip shop owner was asking why? Apparently there's also food in the water supply, so that's alright then. It still made all the shoppers shake their heads and many were the overheard comments about, "Our taxes!" Which proves that I actually wore my hearing aids, otherwise it would have all floated past me.
