Fleetwood Tram Sunday

Seeing as it was a nice day, we decided to have a drive to Fleetwood for the annual Tram Day. 

The title is a bit misleading as this is just the name that's been given to it by locals; it's actually the Festival of Transport, so covers all modes of transport and not just trams!

It was a lovely day to just wander round and look at all the old cars and buses Mr A was in his element with the buses, we even had a ride on one!


We spent a good couple of hours walking round there and then, since it wasn't far from Freeport, we had a look round the shops for a bit.

Mr A is off to China on Tuesday (Pre-season tour), so even though we went out for a meal last night, we decided to stop off at the Ribchester Arms on the way home for food, as we won't be able to do anything together next weekend unless I pop over to Beijing.

I've got a busy week at work while he's away, I'm even working 6 hours on Saturday which I sorely regret agreeing to now, but am thinking of the extra cash for the holiday.
