OMG - I am getting old

Okay, so I know I am turning 40 in a month but seriously when did I suddenly start looking at flower beds and thinking "ooh that's nice, I would like my flower beds that full of plants....oh look a verbena"  To compound matters I just had to take a picture! Said flower bed was at Schloss Nymphenburg Munich.
