Purple Hebe

Today started with good intentions - I would tidy up the corner of my living room which contains my study area, including sorting out the wiring to my new printer and NAS disk drive.

I did manage to throw out or shred some paperwork, but then "uncovered" a 1:48th model kit of a shepherd's hut and the modelling fingers began to itch! So rather than clearing up, out came the modelling tools and a pleasant few hours were spent in the garden building the bed, complete with lambing cupboard,and it's corrugated iron roof.

I finally headed out into the front garden for a few quick shots of a small hebe bush which I noticed was blooming with a fairly intense purple.
