Here's hoping...

...not to have too many. Heading down to the big smoke tomoz and our survival booklet (institutionalised? Moi?) is full of doom and gloom of "the Olympics causing major disruption in every way and please please please leave plenty of time to get to the venue".
Anyone living there fancy sharing how the tubes etc are? Our hotel is about an hours walk from the Albert Hall and me and a friend were planning on running there on Sunday which happens to be the day of the women's marathon. So look out for us and you might spot us! Obviously we'll be the well macho dudes right at the front of the pack... ;)
