Memento ..

Wandering about in a country churchyard, I was struck by the resemblance between this cherubic sculpture and Grand-daughter number 3.

A closer look reveals a less benign toddler - clutching a skull in one hand and a bone in the other. Give me E in full melt-down over this one!

The extra is the church bell.

Today was dull  - but we are promised a mini-heatwave soon. Do I believe it?
