New angle

A day of feeling massively headachey, achey, heavy limbed, lacking in any energy at all and generally feeling pretty horrible. Felt for the kids who just ate what they could reach (strawbs, oranges, oaty bars) until grant popped out to get lunch for them and then I dragged myself up to make an omlette dinner for them.
Now they're in bed and I can lie without feeling guilty.
