Stanton Church

A quick trip across the water to see my pal J who lives in Stratford upon Avon.  We did a circular walking route in the Cotswolds - impossibly beautiful and I was especially knocked out by all the little churches. I'd forgotten how old they were and how intricate. And yes, we did get very wet shortly after this was taken! 
A cream tea in Broadway and then a trip to the theatre in the evening. Locals can get cheap tickets on the day if there are any  available and there were just two left for the evening performance of The Alchemist in the Swan. What a fantastic show - hilarious, complicated, bonkers with some wonderful costumes.
