Open Air Event

What a lovely and amazing evening we had. Once a year the city of Kassel stages an open air event where the orchestra of our theatre plays  classical music basically for everyone for roughly two and a half hours.
The music selection was different this year. Many pieces I've never heard of but still very good. But I did miss the Fantasia on British Sea Songs. 

At the end of the performance is a firework display which was utterly brilliant. I tried to make a video with my mobile. Have a look if you like.
We went there in a group of 20 and had a wonderful picnic and lots of fun. Looking forward to next year already.
