Assortment

So the task was to go though the professional profiles and presentations of 29 people who are each presenting a work challenge this week in peer focus groups which will give them very useful recommendations on how to address the challenge.

I applied criteria that can best be summed as trying to balance diversity of topic, some connection of role-sector, and mixed experience per team. And no competitors in the same room!

I hope it works!

It took several hours and I can't help but wonder if I'd simply thrown the post-its up in the air and let them fall randomly, if the result would have been just the same or better. I have to say it wouldn't have been, don't I!
