Lahti Firestation

My girlfriends sister is the chief fire safety officer in the Finnish town of Lahti and surrounding area. Part of her job is to promote fire safety with kids and for that she has bought two cool go-karts, which are amazing fun.

I went with my girlfriend and her youngest nephew around the fire station where her sister works and it was great fun, although I found it a little strange that fire engines and ambulances operated out of the same building.
