Every one a winner!

Did my stint at the Triathlon event.  Got up at 5.30am to get there in time for registration.  Quite hectic for a while and then helped to hand out medals and cut up oranges and bananas as well as keeping the bottled water supply topped up.  Had a children section and youngsters as young as 7 and 8 were taking part and gave it their all.  Much better for them than sitting in a bedroom staring at a screen.
I was allowed to leave early so had a catch up nap on my bed before going to the neighbours this evening for a BBQ Brazilian style as that is their nationality.
