Training

Today has to have been one of the worst training courses I have ever been on in my life.....and there is more tomorrow :-(((((

I am staying with my pal Lisa again tonight. We watched the Olympic Opening Ceremony (which I had missed & Lisa had recorded) before heading out for the evening. Lisa runs a zumba class on a Tuesday night at her local dive club. Their premises are the old St Albans outdoor swimming pool.

We then headed off to the cinema to see Magic Mike - what a giggle that was :-)
