Handle with care

Having made three trips to the tip recycling centre, we've finally cleared out the living room space.  The boxes are gone.  The rubbish is gone.  And we're left with a lovely great space.  It's so clear that we've even started to address the pictures on the wall.  Two weeks after moving house, and I think we're almost ready to say that we've 'settled in'.

The wee man has been brilliant with telling us when he needs the toilet (at least for #2s) so, after waiting for him to be ready, and for our upheavals to subside, we finally tried removing the nappies completely.  Today being the first day, there were a couple of mishaps but on the whole he kept asking to go to the toilet and has had a 50% success rate.  We'll keep going tomorrow, and hopefully he'll carry it on next week - while he's on holiday from preschool.

Bless her.  The little lady is trying to follow suit.
