Today we have ordered our kitchen.

We headed to 3D kitchens this morning as we had an appointment with Martin. We have confirmed the design, picked handles and paid a deposit - the kitchen is finally ordered! We were still unsure on worktops so are going to order at a later date, and as we are supplying our own fridge freezer and cooker so still have to order those too. On the way back we stopped at screwfix to get some more floor paint, so while we were there we popped into the bathroom showroom next door. They had loads of nice stuff so after comparing prices on line I imagine we will be paying them another visit.
We then headed to the house where we put a second coat of paint on the floor. It looks loads better and hopefully it will stop it chipping anymore while the rest of the building work is going on. We probably should have attempted to put some insulation and plaster board up but didn't want to risk anything falling on the floor - that's my excuse anyway!
