Tistedal

I was doing some sprint training around Tistedal today, and during the course I saw a little island in the lake and thought I might be able to get to it. After I finished I went and investigate and found the old arched bridge which was quite picturesque. As I was bending down to take the photo, something dropped into the water right next to me, I feared it was my phone out my bag or something, but it was only a large frog that I'd clearly disturbed.
