Rainy Day

Once again Saturday has been rained on! It started around lunchtime and has hardly stopped since.

Lots of local flooding and driving was downright scary at times!

We had afternoon tea with my eldest son and afterwards I wandered around getting some photos. His street is lined with Jacaranda trees and from his verandah I was looking straight onto this huge branch of one of the trees. It was dripping wet and there were lots of droplets on the leaves but no sun to light them up. Even so I thought this was quite haunting and said everything about the day!

My extra is part of a puddle which covered almost half of the huge carpark because of blocked drains, the stranded trolleys caught my eye!
