Snow at Last
A day with no rain or howling gales - it was rather nice, although the wind cut right through all the layers when Blipmate and I went to the estuary this morning. This view is across the estuary to the mountains in the west. The hills looked very blue and cold.
The storm brought snow to Mount Arthur at last. It has looked odd seeing it bare of snow for so long. Looking at the cloud behind, there is possibly more to come yet.
My neighbour who is in his mid 70s, counts climbing this mountain as a days stroll and will do it at the drop of a hat. It is definitely his happy place but I expect the snow will slow him down now.
