Charleston Seafood

The long wait over, we take our seats in the self-proclaimed "World Famous Hyman's Seafood Restaurant." The food was worth the wait. But, I learned a valuable lesson, do not order fish and chips in a restaurant that specializes in real southern seafood. In my opinion, fish and chips should be ordered in Oban, Scotland. On the other hand, Hyman's is truly a great seafood establishment.
