Friday

My job is very varied, which I love. Yesterday I spent a lot of time talking about celebrations and unity and diversity and tea parties. Today I spent the whole day talking and learning about buildings, piers, food festivals and the growth of oysters.

It meant Friday in work passed quickly, which is always a good thing. A soaking coming home in what only can be described as a monsoon wasn't ideal. But hugs with little 'un and a visit from her aunty made up for that. 

Little 'un has been pesky this week at bedtime...tears and tantrums ahoy. But not tonight when aunty was here, she was on her best behaviour like a wee angel. Typical!

Anyway, feet up now. Drink poured. Golf on. Relax.
