Arrows landed

Such a good day at the Farnborough Air Show. It was a nice invitation from Jeep, who provide official vehicles for the event, to join them there.

I have never been to the air show before, and it's terrific. We saw so many amazing planes, from a Hurricane to a Boeing 380, and including the wonderful Breitling wing-walking aerobatic formation team, but as ever the Red Arrows were stars and I loved this view of them just after landing, taxiing past the wave-shaped hangars on the airfield.

At lunchtime the entire site observed a minute's' reflective silence for the victims of the appalling Nice terrorist massacre last night.
