Morellis ice cream parlour

Today l took my friend H over to Broadstairs, we went to Morelli's which is a serious blast from the 1950s in looks and practice. We had a coffee and drooled over the wonderful Italian ice creams and the fantastic concoctions made with it - all those lovely ice cream sundaes from my childhood - Knickerbocker glory, banana split, berry pavlova, strawberry sundae, hot chocolate fudge sundae - the list goes on and on, as it seems will the waist line if l indulge too often! H went for a swim after.
