Yep, there they are. Borrowed from The Man With Too Many Instruments For His Own Good. All I need now is a 1990s midi cable and matching computer port and I'm laughing. Perhaps my 15-year-old PC in the cupboard will finally come to the rescue.

Good fun at the boozer(s) tonight. Started off in Ghillie Dhu, several pints plus dinner there. Tasty burger, but a bit pricey. Not worth £10.50 really. The Chemist was along with his two nephews, trying not to lead them astray, but not doing a good job of showing them how it's done. Talked himself into a Ladyboy, but they had no Baileys, so I reckon what he had (lager, g&t + whisky) was technically null and void. He drove in too, so ended up getting a non-proverbial beer scooter home. Yes, he used that "we'll turn up with a scooter, chuck it in yer boot and drive you home" service, but I doubt they got it in his wee car. We'll find out next week I suppose. I just felt like if I were the Chemist's nephews I would feel a little let-down by the whole "it's 9 o'clock, time to go home" attitude. Not exactly rock'n'roll.

Oh yeah, pub #2 was the Shakespeare. Used to be an old haunt of ours, but I can't say it's kept any of the charm it ever had, if any. Just felt like a Wetherspoons without the class. (oooof, that's gotta sting)
