A little crafting

I saw a photo of pines cones that had been painted several colors to look like flowers (dahlias or zinnias) so I found some cans of spray paint that we had..not quite the same look but I think I might like to really do this now with the colors of orange, pink, blue and purple.    A trip to the craft store to see what I can find is in the future.    The pine cones were some of those cinnamon spice scented that are way past their prime.
