Tea in the early evening sun

Hectic day today, busy at work then left early to go to see dispenser at GP to sort the mess the hospital made of medications. Surgery have been fabulous and hospital very apologetic. Got home to find carer had not been so spent ages on phone sorting that out. Grandma settling back in nicely. She came over to our house for dinner and sat outside to eat and watch Jack playing.
