The Hume Arms, Torksey

It was "Ladies Who Lunch" day today, and Sue, Lynn, Jan and I went out ot Lincoln to a lovely village pub/restaurant - not part of a chain. We took advantage of their 3 courses for £8.95 lunchtime special, and it is a really good deal! I had prawn and avocado salad to start, Cajun chicken salad for main (so far, so healthy...) and finished off with fruit crumble and custard! All very delicious, and really good sized portions too!

The pub is right on a bend, quite hard to cross the road there, but I really wanted to get a photo of the place as it looked so pretty!
