There was Sun

A trip to the beach this morning with some children. It was the first time in the minibus since the accident with children in. It was ok.

Along to counselling where I blew bubbles and ate 2 raisins; 1 of them I had to feel it, look at it, then put it in my mouth and move it about. Then chew and swallow. The other one I just had to chew and swallow.

Tomorrow half day at work then to the airport via the airport bus.
