Wide Angle Wednesday: Nature

When Tess suggested a bike ride to the supermarket via the circuitous route across the Levels this morning (there is, I should point out, some dispute about whose idea it was!) I saw the opportunity for a blip for today's challenge in what was then bright sunshine

Just as we got on to the country lanes, the clouds rolled over, the rain poured down, we were soon looking like a pair of drowned rats and no blip of pastoral beauty in the camera.

Fortunately, by the time I went down to Chris's this evening to attempt, unsuccessfully, to help him solve an ongoing problem with his car's immobiliser (it's refusing to un-immobilise itself) the weather had perked up and I nipped across the fields to grab this shot of the Tor
