A Walk Out

After getting quite a lot of jobs done today we treated ourselves to a walk with the cameras. Blame the Fitbits!

I suggested going down to the river Lowther as it's a long time since I've used the Big Stopper. Who'd believe rivers like this caused so much devestation in the county in December. The Lowther and the Eamont worked together where they join to destroy Brougham Bridge.

When finished taking shots we went up to the castle for coffee and cakes and took the opportunity to renew our membership of this fairy-tale castle.
